The Competition covers
the following Categories:
1. Colour, aroma and flavour enhancing ingredients
2. Consistency regulating ingredients
3. Preservatives
4. Processing additives
5. Fats and fat products
6. Spices
7. Protein improvers and additives
8. Bioactive additives
9. Additives used in the development of future food products
The results of the Competition are decided two weeks before
the Exhibition and are announced at the Awards Ceremony during
the Gala Dinner Reception on the second day of the Exhibition.
Winners of the competition have the right to use the
competition logo and medal on their product labelling and
packaging.
