The 7th International Forum “21st Century Food Ingredients”, running alongside Ingredients Russia Exhibition provides yet another platform for the industry specialists and academics to access the latest information on the global market and the Russian trends in the food ingredients sector in particular.
The Forum is supported by the Union of Food Ingredients Producers and Russian Meat Union and the Department of Agriculture.

The Forum was designed to facilitate the discussion on the latest developments and technology in the food ingredients industry and yet again turned out to be a huge success. It gathered 60 speakers and over 750 attendees.

The participants included representatives from the leading companies and associations in the global market and they were impressed with variety and depth of the sessions.

The admission was free of charge for trade visitors.
