Dear exhibitor,

You can download the Marketing Manual Forms for Ingredients Russia 2006 & TechnoFood 2006 HERE. Please read the notes below and then fill out the forms.

In order to avoid any possible errors, please follow the instructiins below:

- save the downloaded excel sheet on your PC,

- name the document with your company name,

- type the information in the relevant forms,

- e-mail them back to: aynur.meric@ite-exhibitions.com

However, if you are using the Pro Forma Invoice (Form Z) to make payment for any additional services, then please print out the form, sign it and fax back to: +44 (0)20 7596 5113.

The following forms are compulsory and must be returned to me by the 12/09/07:


· Form A for Ingredients: Ingredients Russia Catalogue Entry & Product Index – if you have a sub-exhibitor you can re-use this form for their entry, or

· Form A for TechnoFood: TechnoFood Catalogue Entry & Product Index – only for TechnoFood exhibitors. This is a new section taking place alongside IR

· Form A2: Health Ingredients - only if you have Health Ingredients products

· Form C: Visitor tickets & Gala Dinner Tickets

· Form D: Exhibitor Badges

· Form H: Free Shuttle bus service to / from Crocus Expo – from 5 selected hotels in the city centre (only when confirmed)

· Form Z: Pro Forma Invoice (to be returned by fax only if you have any extra orders)

Due to our printing deadlines we can not include your entry in the catalogue if your forms are not returned on time.
