1. PLATINUM: "General Event Sponsor"

Platinum sponsorship is available to one company only. It blends prestige with extensive reach of the targeted audience. The opportunities available for the sponsor are enormous and the package includes:

• dominant logo featured on the backdrop at the opening ceremony

• dedicated insert in event press packs (provided by sponsor)
• company name as “General Event Sponsor” mentioned in the speech at the opening ceremony

2. GOLD: "Event Sponsor"


Gold sponsors gain high visibility to make a big impact on their target sector. Be recognised as a major player in the market. This package is available to just two companies and includes:

• logo featured on the backdrop of the opening ceremony

• dedicated insert in event press packs
• logo featured on the backdrop at the press conference

• logo featured throughout exhibitor promotion campaign
• logo on visitor tickets

• front cover logo on official event guide/catalogue
• logo on brochures and leaflets

• full page advertisement in official event guide/catalogue
• hyperlinked logo featured on the official event website

• feature article in the official event guide/catalogue (up to 1 page)

3. SILVER: "event supporter"

4d) Registration area sponsor - for companies who are keen to be seen:

• branding of registration area – banners and posters

• logo on event carrier bags
• branding of registration staff clothing–t-shirts, jumpers, jackets, baseball caps, etc.

• logo on all visitor badge lanyards

• 2 invitations to the gala dinner/reception
• logo on all registration pens (to be retained by all registered visitors)

4e) Route planner

The Route planner is the official show magazine produced for the exhibition and given out free of charge at registration to all visitors. It will contain analytical reviews and articles on the Russian and CIS market, information about key players in the industry and the latest show information.

4f) Flags, Banners and Balloons

Banners and balloons may be placed above your stand and outside the venue to highlight your position at the exhibition and promote your brand.
